Solution We developed a creative concept for an HR project that helps Magnit employees travel more and even relocate permanently.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Research shows that one reason for Magnit employees' dissatisfaction is the inability to travel extensively and freely. Resolving this often requires changing jobs or taking extended leave.
With the goal of inspiring employees to discover the world and foster team loyalty, the company has launched a program enabling job-secured relocation. Magnit offers employees who wish to live in a new city a new position and financial assistance.
CREATIVE CONCEPT
"Live where you want, work at Magnit" — that’s what we named the platform
For visuals, we used images of architecture and nature from Russian regions frequently chosen for relocation. Key image elements were scenic landscapes or a suitcase.
Information about the project was placed on a landing page and promoted through internal resources: social media, the app, and email newsletters.
